Tai Chi at St. John's

St. John's offers weekly lessons in Tai chi, split into three separate series throughout the calendar year.  The sessions are held on Tuesday mornings each week in our Parish Hall, at 37 Halson Street in Ancaster, where we have ample free parking available.

The posted fee covers each series with all funds going to St. John’s Anglican Church. Payments can be made by cheque payable to St. John’s Anglican Church, e-Transfer to admin@ancasteranglican.org or you may contact the church office at 905-648-2353 to pay by credit card or debit (in person only).

Fall 2026 Session
Begins Tuesday, September 8, 2026
Ends Tuesday, December 8, 2026
Runs from 10:00am to 11:30am every Tuesday including a break for tea.
Please complete the registration form and payment to be registered in the class.
Fee is $110.00

This series is a modified Yang Style 108 moves Tai Chi and is a Walking Meditation to promote health, longevity and connectivity of mind, body & spirit. Every skill level is welcome to join in.
