Baptism is a ceremony representative of spiritual cleansing, 'renewing' a person upon entry into the Church. Originally the recipient was fully immersed in water; a modern baptism at St. John's, involves a ceremonial sprinkling of water on the head, and special prayers. While many are baptized as babies, adults may also partake. For further information, please contact The Reverend Canon Joseph Asselin by clicking here and sending him an email. He will respond to you as soon as he is able. Please view some pictures of Baptism's at St. John's below, Blessings.
